Summary of the project: |
|
The study finding showed
that more than 50% of our patients continued to smoke even after
suffering a heart attack
In addition to the smoking cessation counseling provided by the
physicians to patients admitted with a heart attack, it is also
important to have the institutional support to provide adequate help
to these patients who smoke. |
|
